About Junko
Online belly dance lessons since 2013.
Junko currently lives in Cologne, Germany.
Since the age of 5 she danced classical ballet, hip-hop, jazz dance, traditional Japanese dance and started dancing in clubs in Tokyo at the age of 19.
Soon after, Junko discovered the world of oriental dance and from then on spent much of her time learning a variety of dance styles from the world of belly dance. Among them the classical oriental style and various modern fusion styles. Over time, Junko developed her own tribal fusion amalgam with influences from traditional Japanese dance routines and East and Southeast Asian spirituality.
